My stay was very pleasant here. The venue was exceptionally comfortable, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was favourable close to local restaurants and Sultan Mahmud airport and Near to hyper market. My room included climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. The bathroom was good, it was nice to have bidet. The staff was really helpful and kind, providing a great service. The Serai Cottage Downtown Hotel is my favorite place to stay in Kuala Terengganu. The rooms are unique and excellent, and the breakfast spread offers plenty of goodies. The staff is great, and the hotel's location is comfortable, just off the beach, restaurants, and near shopping precincts and other attractions.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Lage war ideal, da das Hotel nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Haupteinkaufsviertel und der Innenstadt entfernt lag. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war hervorragend und es war geräumig und komfortabel. Das hoteleigene Frühstück war köstlich und bot eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Zudem gab es Parkplätze direkt hinter dem Hotel, was sehr praktisch war. Insgesamt waren wir mit den Hotelanlagen, der Lage, dem Frühstück und dem Personal sehr zufrieden.

Für uns gab es keinerlei negativen Aspekte, die wir nennen möchten. Wir hatten einen rundum fantastischen Aufenthalt und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

The location provided a calm and restful place, perfect for relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, granting our request for a ground floor room. The breakfast served was delicious, with a range of Malay cuisine to choose from. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the shower had good water pressure. The swimming pool was a great addition, and my baby enjoyed playing in it.

It would have been better if there was a fridge in the room and a doormat near the bathroom to prevent slipping. A wardrobe or cupboard to store our clothes would have been convenient.

We had a lovely romantic getaway and enjoyed our stay at a hotel located conveniently near the airport. The comfortable bed and basic amenities such as the fridge, iron with ironing board, and electric kettle made our stay relaxing. We especially loved the swimming pool, perfect for cooling off from the heat.

The bedsheets and pillows had stains, and the bathroom had a musty smell, possibly due to a lack of ventilation. The stained bedsheets made us not want to use the beds, let alone sleep in them.

The staff treated me very kindly and answered all of my questions with a smile. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from including delicious Malay cuisine. Plus, the swimming pool was great and safe to chill and swim in. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was quite calm and not noisy and was also close to different amenities. Finally, I liked that there was a quiet mode on the air-conditioning and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.
